These are your earnings as you roll out the IT Communication Assistant portal to IT professionals in IT departments:

Sign up as a partner (affiliate)

Please fill in the empty fields in the form and apply (submit). Your application will be reviewed and you will receive a response as soon as possible.

Upon approval, you will receive an email with a request to complete your signup and submit your details. After this, your personal partner environment (reseller suite / affiliate dashboard) will be set up immediately.

* When asked for websites on which you would like to promote the IT Communication Assistant portal (required field), but this does not apply, you can enter the link (URL) of your (own) company website or that of the portal (https://assistant.howtocommunicate.tech).

Introduce the portal

You want to get your IT colleagues on board with using the portal. In doing so, it works best to briefly and concisely state the effects of using the portal.

Share your registration link

Once you have been accepted into the affiliate program, and completed the signup, you have immediate access to your own affiliate environment (Affiliate Dashboard). Here you will find your account info, your balance and your referral link.

You can go through the registration process yourself via your link or share your registration link with an authorized person.

Tip: if you go to the ‘Links & Banners’ tab, you will find a direct personal referral links to the registration page, which you can use.

How and when do I get paid?

As long as the parties you “brought on board” also “stay on board,” you will receive 40% commission each month on all registrations created through your link.

Commission received will appear directly in your Affiliate Dashboard. 1 month later (when the deadline is reached) the commission is made available for payment.

Of course, the commission is not valid and expires if a chargeback or refund occurs during this period.

Around the last day of the month, payouts are made of the commission that has been made available for payment at that time. The threshold for this is €100.00.

The first time you are eligible for a payout, we will contact you to complete this first and all future payouts. We will then ask you for an account number and billing address to process the payouts.

How do I know if I have received a commission?

Once a registration through your link is completed, the commission to be received by you appears directly in your Affiliate Dashboard.

You will be notified of this by email.

The commission is made available for payment 1 month later, once the deadline has expired and no refund has been made. Payments of the commission made available at that time take place around the last day of the month. The threshold for payment is €100.00.

Are there any hidden conditions or snags?

No, we like transparency and don’t make things more complicated than they are.

The main terms and conditions are as follows:

You will receive commission only if the sale/registration is established through your link.

You will receive 40% commission every month on all registrations that are made through your link, as long as the parties you ‘brought on board’ also ‘stay on board’.

The commission to be received will appear directly in your Affiliate Dashboard and will be made available for payment 1 month later (when the period is completed). The commission is not valid and will expire if a chargeback or refund occurs during this period.

Around the last day of the month payouts are made of the commission that has been made available for payment at that time. The threshold for payment is €100.00.

When the IT Communication Assistant portal possibly changes to a new version (2.0) with new functionalities, the partner program will be reassessed. We are authorized to make changes to the rules of our affiliate program at any time.

When the IT Communication Assistant portal possibly (in a worst-case scenario) goes end-of-life (the support stops and the portal is no longer usable), the partner program ends as well and with it the commission that you receive on a monthly basis.
