Q: Can I assign sub users within my organization via a corporate account?
Yes, with any license you can delegate users from one central account. It is easy to add and remove sub users. So when new colleagues join or when colleagues leave, this can easily be arranged by yourself from the corporate account.
Each user gets their own workspace, as in an individual account.

Q: How can I assign sub users in my corporate account?
Go to ‘Account’ → ‘Subscriptions‘ → little symbol with 3 vertical dots to the right of your subscription → ‘Sub Accounts’.
Here you can manually add users by email address. Or you can share a public link internally, that allows new users to sign themselves up as sub users. You can also remove users via this section.

Q: What payment methods are available?
You can pay via Credit Card in a secured Stripe environment. Depending on your region and situation, you can also pay via SEPA direct debit by bank, with an Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or Link. The payment methods available to you appear in the secured payment environment facilitated by Stripe in the registration process.
Do you prefer another payment method? For example, manually transfer an invoice every month. Then please get in touch.
Q: Where can I find my invoices?
Go to ‘Your account’ → ‘Payments‘.

Q: Can I change my subscription to IT Communication Assistant myself?
Yes, through the ‘Subscriptions‘ tab of your account you can view your subscription plan. You can easily upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan using the little symbol with 3 vertical dots on the right.
If you have a Team/Corporate License, you can also manage sub users here (‘Sub Accounts’ via the little symbol with 3 vertical dots on the right of your subscription plan).
Sub users do not have access to the subscription. Only the main account does.
Q: Is my subscription to IT Communication Assistant always cancelable?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Go to ‘Your account’ → ‘Subscriptions‘ → little symbol with 3 vertical dots to the right of your subscription → ‘Cancel plan’.
Your subscription stops after the current month you’ve already paid for and you won’t be charged anymore. Keep in mind that this also disables all sub accounts from accessing IT Communication Assistant.
Q: Is there a user guide for IT Communication Assistant available?

However, using the tool is self-explanatory and simple, so you may not even need this user guide. In the tool itself, you are well taken by the hand and advised.
